We initially had a miscommunication and our first appointment time was missed. John the owner was awesome and bent over backwards to make it right. Not only did he and his partner Haden come out the next day (Saturday), but they waived the consult fee.
They did everything they could to make us happy customers, and we are. We will definitely use them again!
